SC Media has today announced that it is to create a radio service known as 'Radio for the Workplace' under the 'Splash Out Radio' brand. The first confirmed stage will see a part-time radio service for businesses in and around Wigan Pier. In order to listen to the service, the property in which you are listening must hold a suitable PRS licence. 'Radio for the Workplace' will start in Mid November on 107.8 FM.

Option One ties rights with WRI
Option One (SC Media's speech based radio service) has today received rights from Wales Radio International to broadcast a series of 5 radio shows entitled 'Celtic Notes.'
The shows will be broadcast on Splash Out Radio, as part of SC Media's welsh programming, and will be presented by Jenny O'Brian concentrating on the news and views of Wales.
